Euphoric currently ships to all of Asia, however we welcome customers from other parts of the world too, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a tailored-made postage solution. Currently, our shipping solution providers include TNT, OCS, FEDEX and Pos Malaysia.
a. Standard Delivery
This is the default shipping method using PosLaju via Pos Malaysia, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for your order to arrive, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
Shipping fee is calculated based on the weight of your total order which can be reviewed during checkout. Generally, our shipping rates are calculated with the following principles :

|Above 2kg||USD 3 + additional weight dependent fee|
** Please note that due to the wide range of products offered by Euphoric, the above shipping fee may not apply to “Non-standard items”. For more information on this please refer to Delivery Policy below.
b. Next Day Delivery
This option is available as long as your order is placed before 12noon. A surcharge of USD 12 will applied in addition to standard delivery fee.
c. International Delivery
International delivery is currently being handled on a case by case basis. During checkout, you will be notified that your order will be updated with shipping charges within 1 business day. Please proceed to confirm items in your order as shipping fee will be calculated according to the order’s size, weight and destination.
Payment is only required when you are being notified via email on the total cost of your order including the applicable shipping fee. Your order will be shipped once full payment is received. Please allow for 2- 3 weeks for international delivery. For further enquiries regarding international shipping, kindly contact us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, Euphoric cannot be responsible for custom fees that may be charged to your order upon arrival at country borders, you may be able to obtain more information regarding this at local post office.
DELIVERY POLICYa. Packing & Dispatch
When your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email and be provided tracking number which you may use to track your order here.
b. Delivering Non-standard Items
A non-standard item is something that’s considered to be fragile, of high value, large or heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. For these products, the above costs won’t apply – you’ll find the delivery cost on the product page.
c. Delivery Times
Standard delivery within Asia will take 5 - 10 working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Next-day delivery will arrive the working day after your order is placed. If the next day happens to be a public holiday, your order will be delivered the next working day.
International delivery could take up to 3 weeks.
d. Delivery and Promotions
If you take advantage of a discount code, the reduction is only applied to the price product(s) purchased and not the delivery cost. Free delivery promotions is only available for standard delivery only.
e. Unforeseen Circumstances
Very occasionally, unavoidable factors may delay the delivery of an order, for example due to restocking or public holidays. In these unlikely situations, we will try our best to keep you notified wherever possible.
