If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a credit refund subjected to the following terms.
REQUEST A RETURN
1. Please fill in the exchange / return request form here.
2. A customer service personnel will look into your case and provide you with a unique RMA number when a resolution is reached.
3. Include the RMA number on your return parcel together with returning items in its original condition.
We offer exchange on purchases that is returned in a resalable condition within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us to inform us of the item you wish to exchange for to ensure its availability.
Once you have confirm to proceed with the exchange, you will be required to make a payment for the replacement item and it will be shipped out to you right away. In the mean time, please send us your original purchase.
The retail value of the original item will be returned as a credit refund in your account available for your next purchase. This can be found in “Transactions” under “My Account”.
We offer an opportunity to return purchased item(s) in a resalable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be credited to your account once the returning item has been received and verified to comply to the terms & conditions noted below. You may check your credit balance in “Transactions” under “My Account”
DAMAGED ITEMS / DEAD ON ARRIVAL
We will refund any items damaged in transit or dead on arrival (unfit for purpose), at our cost. Please get in touch with us including digital images of the damage item(s). Once our Customer Service team have verified that your item is indeed damaged or unfit for purpose, a RMA number will be issued.
A credit refund will be issued to your account when the damage item is received. You may check your credit balance in “Transactions” under “My Account”. You may also in this case contact customer service with a proof of shipping certificate for a reimbursement of the returning shipping fee. We apologise for any inconvenience.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All returning purchases must be in a resalable condition in original packaging with labels and tags intact.
All exchange and/or returns request must be done within 7 days of receipt.
We are only able to reimburse the retail price of the products as credit refund to your account. This does not include any shipping fee.
Please note that you are responsible for all returning shipping cost unless otherwise stated in the policy below.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any or part of the terms noted in the above statement are not being complied to.
